Our nonprofit, Onboard Outreach, expands our mission through community programs and mobility education, while our luxury division, SJ Specialty Limousine, delivers premium executive and event transportation.

Excellent TransCare (ETC) is a leading transportation and community support agency serving individuals, families, and organizations across New Jersey. For more than 15 years, ETC has delivered safe, reliable, and compassionate services rooted in professionalism and purpose.

Transportation Services

ETC provides comprehensive medical, community, and personal transportation, including wheelchair-accessible services, hospital discharges, long-distance travel, day program and employment routes, school and clinic transportation, and specialized mobility assistance. As an approved provider under the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), ETC ensures dependable, door-to-door service for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as private pay clients, healthcare partners, senior communities, and families.

Support Services & Community Programs

Beyond transportation, ETC offers a wide range of support services that promote independence, growth, and community engagement. These include Individual Supports, Community-Based Supports, Respite, Support Brokerage, Self-Directed Employee (SDE) onboarding assistance, community mapping, housing search support, benefits paperwork guidance, and caregiver coordination. ETC’s team provides person-centered support designed to help individuals thrive in their environments and daily routines.

Training & Workforce Development

ETC operates an expanding training division that delivers high-quality mobility and workforce education. Training offerings include MAVO certification, wheelchair securement, CPR/First Aid, and skill development for drivers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and caregivers. This division reinforces ETC’s commitment to safety, continuous learning, and preparing individuals for meaningful employment in transportation and direct support fields.

Onboard Outreach – Nonprofit Impact

ETC’s mission is strengthened through its nonprofit partner, Onboard Outreach, which expands access to transportation, community inclusion, youth and senior programs, caregiver education, and mobility resources. Onboard Outreach enables ETC to deepen its impact by offering free or low-cost services, family-centered training, resource assistance, and community engagement initiatives for vulnerable populations.

SJ Specialty Limousine – Luxury Division

ETC’s dedication to excellence extends to premium and executive travel through its sister brand, SJ Specialty Limousine. This luxury arm provides black car services, corporate transportation, airport transfers, wedding and event transportation, and group shuttle services. The division reflects ETC’s standard of professionalism across all levels of service — from medical appointments to executive experiences.
