Dominic brings over 33 years of experience in public service to his role as President of Civic Solutions, a firm he founded in 2023. Civic Solutions draws on Dominic’s deep expertise in government operations, public policy, executive leadership, and public administration to help clients deliver more efficient and effective public services to their residents and constituents. Before founding Civic Solutions, Dominic served in senior management roles in government, including two decades as Deputy Administrator for Camden County. In this role, he led teams across critical areas such as public works and engineering, parks and properties, public health, and organizational staffing with a passion and focus in programs that assisted men and women in the recovery community. Throughout his government career, Dominic was known for his passion for public service and his commitment to working with organizations recognized nationally for excellence. He brings that same dedication to Civic Solutions, helping clients achieve high-performance outcomes with a fiscally responsible approach. Respected by peers for his innovative thinking and collaborative leadership style, Dominic is known for his hands-on approach—valuing empathy and teamwork to drive results.
