We are a privately held, Women Owned, S-Corporation; registered, licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of New Jersey. From our base in the greater Philadelphia area (Marlton, New Jersey), we serve recruitment needs for local, national, and international client companies in both the private and
public sectors.

Peggy Allen (Sewekow) is the Owner, President and CEO of Perry iSearch (iSearch Partners Inc.). Peggy was with the company for 23 years prior to buying the Perry family of companies, starting with the first of 2 asset purchases in late 2018. Since that time, she has been working towards keeping the traditional values and business practices of a company that was founded over 50 years ago, while incorporating her vision for the future. She believes that recruitment is “the business of people” and therefore, her focus is on the people, not the business transaction. Her holistic approach is unique, promoting trust, transparency, and accountability throughout the entire search process. Most of all, Peggy wants to build a strong company with purpose by influencing positive changes in the recruitment world.
