Triad Associates was founded in 1978 by CEO, Michael Zumpino. Our services have since expended from grant services to a full suite of housing, community, and economic development and strategic planning solutions. Over the past 45 years, we have worked with more than 200 clients in the public and private sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
