Administrative Assistant
Job Details
The Administrative Assistant oversees the office and provides diversified clerical duties which include maintaining and ordering office supplies as well as maintenance requests and maintaining DMHAS consumer tracking portal. Attend department meetings, record meeting minutes, and attendance. Assist in completing monthly department statistics, electronic record keeping, management of the department’s fleet of Agency vehicles, as well as department safety tracking. Communicates with other department and community providers for consumer continuum of care as needed. Assist with crisis line triage as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p

High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of progressive responsibility required. BA in Social Science preferred. Computer knowledge is required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mathematical aptitude.
