Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with strong technical knowledge needed for a parts manufacturer located in Gloucester County, NJ.

This opportunity is long term to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

Job location: Swedesboro, NJ

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $45,760 to $52,000 Annually ($22-$25 Per Hour), Dependent on Experience

Required Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge & Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, & Excel
• 2 years experience in customer service and/or technical sales support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to process confidential company information
• Technical educational background and/or technical work experience is highly preferred

Scope of Work includes but not limited to:

• Frequent interaction with customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies
• Provide Technical clarification (with service, engineering, etc.) for quote requests and quotes preparation
• Maintain current customer and clientele records
• Order Processing: Answer incoming calls and/or inquiries | Take orders and prepare quotes | Verify prices and review quote comparisons | Place part orders with suppliers | Follow up on delivery times and order status | Provide invoices to customers
• Locate spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings
• Maintain Inventory - Keep lists and track of parts warranties
• Review and verify service and/or trip reports from engineers for requirements
• Maintain an organized workspace and properly file documents, updates, and product information
