As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy. You will help identify, qualify, and engage new leads while supporting the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing. You will work closely with our team to bring in new business and build lasting client relationships.
This is an entry-level role with room to grow quickly. You will get hands-on training, real responsibility, and the chance to make a direct impact in a rapidly scaling startup.
What You Will Do:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research, identify, and qualify new sales leads through online research, social media, and outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, industry tools).
- Engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and direct messages, building rapport and generating interest in our service.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering initial questions and providing detailed information on our services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in finding solutions that best suit their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver impactful product presentations and sales demos.
- Assist in creating custom proposals, pricing estimates, and service agreements for clients.
Achieving Targets & Personal Development:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate reports on sales metrics, including leads, conversion rates, and pipeline status, providing regular updates to the Vice President.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions, team meetings, and strategy discussions to improve your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, customer needs, and market trends.
- Learn the ins and outs of the sales process, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.
What We Are Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma is required, Associate's degree or pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in related field (business, marketing, communications) is preferred.
- Sufficient computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
