Job Description
International Client in Camden is hiring a Mailroom Clerk
Up to a one year long term assignment
$18-$20./hr
Must have a good driving record. Will drive from the different local dealerships.
Mon, Tues & Thurs 8:30am – 5:30pm. / 30min lunch.
Wed & Fri 8:30am – 3:00pm. / 30min lunch
37.5 hour work week
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate postage equipment and UPS system. Receives incoming mail, opens, sorts, and distributes.
Delivers mail and internal correspondence within the organization (internal/external locations).
Collects outgoing mail or packages and uses scales and postage meters to weigh and affix postage.
Stock copy rooms with paper.
Perform office moves, place and remove furniture in the conference rooms.
Operate a motor vehicle to conduct messenger tasks regularly.
Deliver documents, bank deposits, mail/parcels, parts, furniture, equipment, and vehicles to designated locations.
Must routinely lift cartons and boxes weighing 50 pounds or more. Operate material handling equipment (i.e., hand cart, flatbed).
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with others outside the team, department and company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
