Job Description
Long Term Temporary Assignment  (3+ months) with a great company in Mount Laurel, NJ. 80% Remote but MUST live in the area!

$20-$24./hr

Training
both remote and onsite. The onsite portion is only the following weeks: 2/2/2026, 3/3/2025, 3/30/2026, 4/27/2026.
 After that, work only 3 or 4 days a week. Remote, 3 weeks out of the month and in office for 1 week a month.

Hours: 8:30-5pm (30 minute lunch) 



Membership Coordinator will assist in the operations and be the primary contact for membership and certification services.
Be responsible for developing and managing membership programs and events and providing administrative support to the Executive Director and other team members. The Membership Coordinator will be an advocate to Association members and prospects and help in the navigation of programs available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries received via email, phone and fax from members and prospects within 24 hours
  • Assist in the creation and update of membership materials (letters, new member welcome packets, newsletters, fact sheets, membership directories, member listings and surveys)
  • Manage production of membership mailings and invoicing
  • Manage production of certification mailings and invoicing
  • Process new member applications
  • Process new applications
  • Manage online learning tools
  • Assist in prospective member recruiting efforts
  • Manage, develop, and investigate member benefits and programs
  • Manage membership renewal process
  • Manage certification renewal process
  • Maintain and update membership records
  • Maintain and update certification records
  • Manage membership events and programs (booking venues/catering, maintaining registration records, and distributing meeting notices)
  • Attend industry events as needed
  • Analyze membership data and report significant findings to the Executive Director
  • Recommend ideas for improvement and highlight any problems/issues
  • Work with the Board of Directors and/or committees as needed
  • Participate in regular team meetings
  • Process daily mail
  • Archive organizational records
  • Perform other related duties as required
MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS
  • Membership growth (number of new members in a specific time period and/or generated by events/programs)
  • Certification growth (number of new members in a specific time period and/or generated by events/programs)
  • Certification retention (number of renewing certificate holders due to renew and overall retention rate)
  • Member retention (number of renewing members due to renew and overall retention rate)
  • Internal satisfaction (meeting or exceeding goals and objectives set by team within deadlines)
  • External satisfaction (positive reviews from Board of Director or committee members)
  • Implements and follows the Accreditation policies and procedures
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES

Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
