Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Pennsauken, NJ (Hybrid/Remote after training)
Schedule: Part-time | Flexible hours
Pays: $25.00-$30.00 an hour
Our client, a well-established organization located in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their accounting and administrative operations. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely after an initial training period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable through trial balance
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Maintain and update financial records and reports
- Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Support internal teams with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks
- Utilize CRM systems (experience is a plus)
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CRM experience is a plus but not required
