Durand is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Staff Accountant – Payroll to join our Finance team in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

💼 Salary: Up to $70,000
📍 Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ
🏢 Schedule: Full-time | Onsite, 5 days a week
👥 Payroll: Biweekly processing for 300+ employees

This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of accounting and payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Paycom or another payroll/HRIS platform. NetSuite experience is a plus.
