ANDREW SARROL JOINS MALAMUT’S LABOR & EMPLOYMENT AND GOVERNMENT & REGULATORY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTS

Cherry Hill, NJ – Malamut & Associates, LLC (“Malamut”) announces Andrew Sarrol, Esq. has joined the firm.

Attorney Andrew Sarrol joined Malamut this week and will focus his practice on employment and local government matters.

Mr. Sarrol has spent the majority of his legal career with the Office of the Attorney General. As a Deputy Attorney General with the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, he provided guidance on employment matters and recommended corrective action. He defended EEO decisions in Civil Service Commission appeals, and trained employees and management on the NJ Anti-Discrimination Policy. As a Deputy Attorney General with the Employment Counseling and Labor Section, he represented the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development in wage and hour matters before the Office of Administrative Law and litigated unfair labor practice charges before the Public Employee Relations Commission.

Mr. Sarrol practices out of Malamut’s Cherry Hill Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The College of New Jersey and earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
