Autum Shingler-Nace Named VP of Operations at Jefferson 

Health’s Washington Township Campus

TURNERSVILLE, NJ (July 19, 2021) – Autum Shingler-Nace, DNP, RN, NE-BC, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at the Jefferson Health Washington Township campus. In this position, Dr. Shingler-Nace will oversee daily operations at the 230-bed acute care hospital during a time of immense growth, as the hospital opens its new Silvestri Tower. In addition, she will have oversight of other key services on the campus, including the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Washington Township and the Vickie & Jack Farber Institute for Neuroscience.

Dr. Shingler-Nace will replace retiring hospital Chief Administrative Officer John Graham. Graham has held senior leadership roles since 1991 at the former Kennedy Health System, Inspira Medical Center and most recently Jefferson Health – New Jersey.

Prior to her new role, Dr. Shingler-Nace served as Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations since 2019 at Jefferson Health – New Jersey. In that role, she worked closely with Graham and Senior Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer Helene Burns, DNP, RN, on operations, management, growth and development of nursing and clinical services at Jefferson Health’s three NJ hospitals.

Prior to joining the Jefferson Health – New Jersey leadership team, she had been Clinical Director of the Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper University Health System, and Director of the Surgery Center at Heritage Valley Health System in Pennsylvania. Dr. Shingler-Nace also held several leadership positions at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she was honored with a Quality Fellow Award in 2014.

Dr. Shingler-Nace received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Pittsburgh in Health Systems Executive Leadership, with a focus on Compassion Fatigue in Nursing. She also holds a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Waynesburg University (PA).

Board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, AONE (American Organization of Nurse Executives) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She resides in Moorestown, NJ, with her husband and children.
