Marlton, New Jersey—The leadership team at Baratz & Associates, PA is pleased to announce that Avani Bharucha, CPA/MBA has joined the partner group. “We appreciate her loyalty to our firm,” said Managing Partner Raymond Giunta, CPA/PFS “and her exceptional work over the years has led to her promotion as Associate Partner.”

During her time at Baratz & Associates, PA Avani not only achieved her CPA license but earned an MBA from Widener University, with special focus on taxation. She also just completed an elite 3-year program, known as the Emerging Leaders Academy. She is an extremely hard worker and dedicated to this practice and its clients.

Avani works in the tax practice of the firm and specializes in closely-held businesses. She has experience representing clients in audits for both the IRS and the State of New Jersey, when needed. Avani tailors her service to client needs, from an introduction to record-keeping through major financial decisions and multi-year tax planning. Since joining the firm in 2008 as an intern, Avani has had a significant impact on client service, team leadership, and staff development. “I’m honored to be a part of this partner group,” she said. “I consider Baratz & Associates my home.”

An only child, Avani moved here from India in 2004 and is close to her family. Recently married, she had both an American and Hindu ceremonies. She follows the Indian cricket team but is also proud fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. She resides in Audubon with her husband Matt.
