Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City Names 2025 Youth of the Year

(Atlantic City, N.J.) Nadayser White has been named the 2025 Youth of the Year by the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City (ACBGC). The Youth of the Year title is a prestigious honor bestowed upon an exemplary young person in recognition of leadership, service, academic excellence, and dedication to living a healthy lifestyle. The Youth of the Year program aims to honor high school members who participate in the competition on their path to great futures.

Seventeen-year-old White has distinguished herself as a dynamic leader at the Boys & Girls Club, particularly through her active role in the Keystone Club. She has led numerous community service initiatives, including organizing a Christmas dinner for residents of the Covenant House. Through the Club’s programs, she earned her CPR certification and is currently taking college courses at Atlantic Cape Community College, made possible through a community partnership. In addition, she is gaining hands-on experience in the medical field as part of the YOUniversity Healthcare Cohort in collaboration with AtlantiCare. An Atlantic City High School student, White plans to pursue a career in social work.

“Nadayser represents everything we strive to nurture in our Club members—dedication, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference,” said Tracey Triniwell, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City. “From leading service projects with heart to pursuing higher education and real-world career experiences, she continues to grow in every way. Nadayser’s journey is inspiring not only to her peers, but to all of us who have had the privilege to watch her rise as a leader.”

As Youth of the Year, White will serve as ambassador for the club and will have the opportunity to compete for the state title in May. She will represent the club at a state reception and ceremony at Montclair State University on May 13, 2025.
