New Jersey’s Workplace Literacy and Basic Skills Training Program is a partnership of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and is open to all privately owned New Jersey businesses and organizations.

Since the inception of the grant, over 1 million employees from 10,000 New Jersey businesses and organizations have received training. Any private sector New Jersey company or organization is eligible for this program at no cost. CCC partners with employers by delivering dedicated customized training classes to meet the employer’s specific needs, and providing open-enrollment classes where individual employees can attend publicly scheduled virtual classes.
