Decades Construction & Facilities Group is proud to announce that President Bill Bamford will be the featured presenter for the Supportive Housing Association of New Jersey’s (SHA-NJ) June Lunch & Learn webinar, taking place Monday, June 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET.

In this free webinar, titled “Facility Maintenance Management,” Bamford will provide expert insights into optimizing building operations and improving long-term facility outcomes for supportive housing organizations. His presentation will guide attendees through key strategies including:

- Selecting the right facility maintenance software platform

- Understanding and applying budget and maintenance data

- Implementing perpetual service plans

- Comparing traditional maintenance with planned maintenance models

- Evaluating outsourced repair services

- Planning for capital improvements and deferred maintenance

As a new SHA-NJ member, Bamford brings more than three decades of construction and facilities management experience to the session, including his work leading Decades Construction & Facilities Group, a mission-driven firm that serves nonprofit and I/DD housing organizations throughout New Jersey.
