Gronow Consulting & Coaching, LLC is a new business set up by Jonathan Gronow, a Barnegat resident in his 4th decade of life in business (manufacturing and distribution).  

Jonathan has led businesses, operations and several different functions, supported the development of senior executive leaders, reorganized and designed organizational structures, and had a lot of fun along the way. He's passionate about financial and operational analysis, coaching, leadership development and team-building, and has mentored CEO’s, C-suite individuals, Managers and Supervisors.  He's been on both sides of acquisition activity (large and small), playing key roles in financial statement preparation, due diligence, execution and subsequent integration activities along the way.
