July 28, 2020 (Stratford, NJ) -- Jefferson Health New Jersey is ranked as the 9^th-best hospital in New Jersey and the 11^th-best in the Philadelphia metropolitan area in the just-released “Best Hospitals” ranking by U.S. News & World Report. Comprised of three acute care hospitals – located in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township – Jefferson Health New Jersey is also “Recognized in Southern New Jersey” in the rankings for its quality care.

U.S. News & World Report also praised Jefferson New Jersey as “High Performing” in four specific clinical areas: Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Knee Replacement surgery and Hip Replacement surgery.

The annual rankings, now in their 31^st year, are designed to assist patients and their doctors in making informed decisions about where to receive care.
