LAN Associates has been named among the top 250 privately held companies in New Jersey by prominent business publication NJBIZ. The ranking includes businesses from across a number of industries in the Garden State including legal, healthcare, production, other architecture and engineering firms, and more.  

The NJBIZ Top 250 Private Companies list measures its rankings by gross revenue, a metric in which LAN has experienced significant growth in recent years due to the scale and diversity of the firm’s clients and major projects.

LAN’s team is currently working on a number of significant projects across a variety of market sectors. This includes work with Columbia Bank, Honeywell, and the Town of Edgewater Park where LAN is designing a new police and court building. Long-time clients like senior living community Christian Health in Wyckoff, NJ continue to provide a steady stream of architectural and engineering projects, as does the K-12 educational market, where LAN is working on a number of school additions, renovations, referenda, and major HVAC projects. In the faith-based market, construction is moving along for the new Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Franklin Lakes, NJ.

With Tom Wighard recently being named LAN’s new president, the recognition also comes as LAN is under new leadership. The recognition from NJBIZ is the latest in a string of business and project awards LAN has been honored with over the course of 2023. Earlier in the year, LAN was named a Hot Firm by the national publication Zweig, and LAN’s design work at Ridgedale Middle School in Florham Park, NJ was given the Outstanding Design Award by American School & University. In May, LAN was named an ENR Top Design Firm, and at the start of the year, NJBIZ named LAN a Top 10 New Jersey Architecture Firm.
