McGroarty & Co. Consulting is excited to announce that Alexandra McGroarty, is a finalist for HR Person of the Year 2021 for the Delaware Valley area. Alex is an accomplished and results- driven Human Resources consultant bringing expertise on the local and global level in implementing engagement, retention and diversity measures that focus on the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to development of colleagues. She holds a Certified Diversity Professional certification issued by the National Diversity Council and is pursuing her coaching certification.
