Jonathan Gronow (a Barnegat Twp resident for 26 years) is now working for Vistage Worldwide, providing small and medium size businesses with coaching, mentorship and leadership development as a CEO/Business Leader peer group chair.

Jonathan has the better part of 40 years of life in business to leverage.  Starting in Corporate/Treasury accounting, he moved into Cost and Plant Accounting, Business Analysis and Strategic and Tactical Forecasting. From there he enjoyed several executive positions in Operations, Finance, Business Leadership and, most recently, the head of Human Resources at Barrette Outdoor Living with responsibility for 3,000 employees. 

He's been on both sides of M&A activity, is a Talent Development and Succession Planning specialist and uses his financial and business analysis experience to help leaders gain awareness of the trends and metrics that matter.

Jonathan is a comfortable relationship builder who is curious about business, business leaders and those that work for them.  He's a knowledgeable, insightful and enthusiastic speaker who trains on leadership behavioral development, organizational culture definition, team accountability and like subjects. He's a certified DiSC facilitator who loves to bring teams together in experiential learning activities and sessions.
