Ms. Vidal concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. Her specialty incorporates matters such as business succession planning, tax advice, contract drafting, estate plan drafting, preparation of estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns; corporate business and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements/noncompetition agreements.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ms. Vidal earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, and received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
