Samaritan’s 2021 Drive FORE! A Good Cause Golf Tournament Raises More Than $178,000 for Patients and Families
Mount Laurel, NJ – Samaritan recently held their 31st annual golf tournament, “Drive FORE! A Good Cause.” A total of 176 golfers participated in this year’s event, held at Little Mill Country Club in Marlton, which raised funds and awareness for Samaritan’s not-for-profit services and 40+ years of service to the community.
The tournament, presented by The Richardson Family Dealerships, raised more than $178,000 to support Samaritan’s family of services, which enhance the lives of those coping with issues of aging, serious illness, or grief, and all those who care about them throughout South Jersey.
“Samaritan continues to be a regional leader for hospice, palliative, at-home and advance illness care,” explains Mary Ann Boccolini, president and CEO of Samaritan. “Through the generosity of sponsors and golfers alike, our annual golf tournament continues to support our mission by giving us the opportunity to offer even more essential, life-enhancing services to patients and families in the communities we serve throughout southern New Jersey.”
