Samaritan’s 2022 Drive FORE! A Good Cause Golf Tournament Raises a Record-Breaking $215,000+ for Patient and Family Care
Samaritan recently held their 32nd annual golf tournament, “Drive FORE! A Good Cause.” A record 200 golfers participated in this year’s event, held at Little Mill Country Club in Marlton, which raised awareness of Samaritan’s mission and funds for the essential services they provide as a regional leader for hospice, palliative, at-home and advance illness care.
This year’s golf tournament was sponsored by The Richardson Family Dealerships, and raised more than $215,000 to support the organization’s comprehensive family of services that enhance the lives of those coping with issues of aging, serious illness or grief, as well as those who care for them throughout South Jersey.
“Through the generosity of our sponsors, golfers and volunteers, this year’s golf tournament was our most successful one to date,” said Mary Ann Boccolini, president and CEO of Samaritan. “Each year, Drive FORE! A Good Cause gives us the dual opportunity to both sustain and advance our life-enhancing services to patients and families throughout the communities we serve. We would like to thank all of this year’s sponsors, especially The Richardson Family Dealerships, and recognize the hard work of our golf committee, led by returning co-chairs Cliff Mancine and Roy Fazio – we could not achieve such success without your dedication and support!”
