What:              Teen Led Career Expo in partnership with BGCA and Caesars Entertainment

Teen Center Game Room, 317 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlantic City

The Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City, in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, will host a Teen-Led Career Expo designed to introduce teens to a wide range of careers within the casino and hospitality industry.

During the event, Caesars Entertainment employees will participate in a panel discussion, sharing insights about their roles, career paths, and workplace experiences. Teens will take an active role by asking questions, participating in speed interviews, and engaging in guided reflection activities. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical exposure to real-world careers and a deeper understanding of how different roles contribute to a large organization.

3:45 p.m. – Kid-friendly table games 

4:00 p.m. – Welcome and introductions
4:10 p.m. – Community icebreaker
4:25 p.m. – Student-led panel discussion with Caesars employees
