Tom Ferreira Named Chief Global Officer for RSM US LLP

CHICAGO – (September 21, 2022) – RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – has recently named Tom Ferreira as the firm’s chief global officer. In this new role, Ferreira will be dedicated to helping the firm significantly accelerate progress on its global strategic priorities.

Ferreira has served as RSM’s Northeast regional market leader since 2011, and he has been the executive sponsor for the firm’s global enterprise priority for the last three years. He is also a member of the RSM International Board of Directors, a member of the RSM Canada Operations Board and serves as executive sponsor for RSM’s Multicultural employee network group. Ferreira also served a term on the RSM US LLP Board of Directors from 2011 to 2014.

Ferreira’s client service experience as an audit partner spans both public and private companies with a focus on consumer products and industrial clients. In addition to providing traditional accounting services, he has extensive experience providing specialized business advisory services, including strategic and business planning, debt and equity financing assistance, mergers and acquisitions, transactional support and litigation support. Ferreira is a member of the AICPA and Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and completed RSM’s business advisor program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
