About the 2021 New Partners

Anurag Sharma is a leader of Withum’s Cybersecurity and System and Organization Controls (SOC) Practices. With nearly 20 years of experience, Anurag has worked with clients in the government, healthcare and technology industries, specializing in cybersecurity assessments, SOC suite of services and corporate governance.

Chanda Horne is a leader in Withum’s Sports and Entertainment Industry practice, focusing on Southeast US markets. She has over 20 years of experience specializing in tax compliance and providing business management services to high net worth individuals, such as professional athletes and entertainers.

Chandrakant Patel is a member of Withum’s Tax Team, specializing in tax planning and compliance services for private multi-state and consolidated corporations, multi-state partnerships and S-Corporations. With nearly 15 years in the public accounting industry, he has additional experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families on tax planning and wealth management strategies.

Fatema Raza is a member of Withum’s Financial Services Team, providing assurance services to clients in the public and private sectors. She advises clients on audit processes, internal control assessments and implementation and maintenance of accounting procedures. With over 11 years of experience, Fatema specializes in hedge funds, fund of funds, alternative investments and broker-dealers.

Jessica Offer is a member of Withum’s Technology and Emerging Growth Team, specializing in attest services, transaction advisory services and special consulting projects. With over 12 years in the industry, Jessica has extensive experience advising companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including advising on audit readiness, revenue recognition standards, business combinations, and complex debt and equity transactions.

Joseph Cover leads Withum’s Not-for-Profit practice in Irvine, CA, and supports the professional services niche. With 15 years in the industry, Joe has extensive experience working with employee-owned companies (ESOPs), as well as law firms and staffing agencies.

Tara Nicholson supports Withum’s tax services, offering income tax accounting, tax compliance and examinations and tax advisory. Having served both private and public companies over her 15 years in the field, Tara specializes in advising clients from start-up stages to billion-dollar, mature corporations.
